Bob is the founder of Viewpoint consulting which he established in January, 2008. He is a demonstrated leader with over 30 years of general management and marketing experience and a winning track record in both small and large companies. Bob also has a special talent for building, motivating and coaching cross functional teams and has done so on a global basis. In addition he is an expert in trademark licensing from both licensee and licensor perspectives and has built several successful licensing programs over the years (i.e. Vicks, Braun, Honeywell).

From 1997-2007, Bob was President of Kaz, Inc., a $500 million global manufacturer and marketer of consumer health care and home care products with over 4000 employees. During this period, Kaz sales grew from roughly $40 million to over $500 million. This was accomplished through an innovative stream of new products, strategic acquisitions, and securing long term trademark licenses with leadership brands such as Vicks (P&G), Honeywell and Braun (P&G). Mr. Cullen continues to serve on the Kaz Board.

In the eleven years prior to Kaz (1985-1996), Bob worked at Schering – Plough Pharmaceuticals rising to the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the $400 million Consumer Health Care business. This included, Dr. Scholl’s, Coppertone, and several other leading OTC products. Before Schering-Plough, Bob was part of the PepsiCo management team that completed a “turnaround” of a struggling Wilson Sporting Goods division, serving as Vice President of Golf Marketing (1984-85). Prior to PepsiCo, he spent his seminal years at Procter & Gamble (1977-1984) in brand management.

Bob has an MBA from Indiana University and a BA from Denison University. He is married with 2 children and lives in Chatham, NJ.
