Ina Miller


Ina is an executive search professional with special expertise in financial services. She began her financial career in the 80’s, when she joined E.F. Hutton. She developed a successful corporate finance practice over several years, moving on to management roles within E.F. Hutton/Shearson Lehman and Bank of America.

Ms. Miller subsequently became founding COO/CFO for the Internet Software company, Pixion. As a senior member of the management team, she was responsible for sourcing and negotiating funding, partner and business development, and operations. She was at Pixion for four years until acquisition.

She continued to consult to other notable start-up and technology companies for several years, working with investment banks, venture capital and private equity firms to source funding for public and private firms.

Prior to founding ILM & Partners, now MillerFullerton in 2006, Ms. Miller was head of the Financial Services Practice at a boutique executive search firm for six years, where she built a strong reputation for providing professional, high quality consulting services resulting in successful placements for the firm’s global clientele.

Ms. Miller earned her MBA from Babson College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University. She is on the Board of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco, where she is also head of Corporate Sponsorship. Ms. Miller additionally serves on the Steering Committee of the Business Leadership Council of San Francisco and is President of the Board of the 1333 Jones Street Cooperative Building.
